Presenting Sponsor (1 only) $8,000

YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE A SCREENING LOCATION FOR A ONE

HOUR WEBCAST LIVE FROM THE FESTIVAL FOR 3 DAYS.

THE  PRESENTING SPONSOR will receive the following:

 

• Your company’s name will accompany the festival name in all 2012 festival print materials, signage,

and on the website as “’Your Company’ Presents The 2012 Paso Digital Film & Wine Festival”.

• Company name and/or logo and acknowledgement as Presenting Sponsor on website, all festival

media releases, and festival-produced press and publicity including radio and TV ads, PSA’s,

streaming media and other promotion formats for the Festival.

• Company name and/or logo and acknowledgement as Presenting Sponsor on top of the Paso Digital

Film Festival page on the high-traffic website studioclub.com.

• Company name and/or logo will appear on the Festival MySpace, YouTube, Facebook, and other

selected Social Internetwork sites that are part of the Festival promotions.

• Company name and/or logo across home page and sponsorship page of Paso Digital Film Festival

website, thePDFF.com (link included, 125 x 125 pixels or equivalent).

• Company name and/or logo and sponsor mention as Presenting Sponsor on county-wide festival

poster (1K) and flyer distribution (10K).

• Company logo on event banners at all concert stages, film screenings, panels, the opening gala and

the award ceremony.

• Company name and/or logo on all festival merchandise. Your company will have the right to create

merchandise with the Paso Digital Film & Wine Festival name.

• Full-page ad on the inside first page in the Festival Program Guide (3K distribution).

• Name and/or logo on sponsor acknowledgement page in Program Guide as Presenting Sponsor (3K).

• A prominent 20 X 20 exhibitor tent for your company products, information and merchandising to be

placed near the concert performance area.

• Special recognition and announcement as Presenting Sponsor by festival host three times per day at

main events, at each panel discussion, screenings, concerts and back stage interviews.

• 30 All-festival Passes, and 20 VIP Passes, that will allow you in the backstage Green Room, where you

will have a special table, pictures taken with all the stars, and other meet and greets.

• 30-second ad (provided by Presenting Sponsor) run on the Festival Website, and shown each hour for 6 hours.

note: The Presenting Sponsorship is very important to us.  We will work with you in creative talks

to design a Branding campaign that will take your new ideas into account.  The above is a guideline

and a place to start.  We can talk about video advertising on the site, and many other ideas that you

can bring to the table.

 

We are in discussions for the Festival to be a TV Production, we will work in good faith to have your

Sponsorship visible and part of this element of the production, but some terms will be a condition

of the contract with the Network or Cable TV company, depending on agreements reached.  Your

company will have a first right of refusal on any major TV Network Sponsorships.

 

 

Our stated goal is to sell a minimum of 100,000 videos, we plan on giving away 10,000 free copies of the

DVD to film schools and special film programs for youth.

 

 

Panel Sponsor $2,000

 

PANEL SPONSORS will receive the following:

• Company name and/or logo on home page and sponsorship page of Paso Digital Film Festival

• Company name and/or logo and sponsor acknowledgement as Silver Sponsor on county-wide

• Company name and/or logo on event banners at all concert stages, film screenings, panels, the

opening  gala and the award ceremony.

• Special recognition and announcement as Panel Sponsor by Panel Moderator, before and after

each Panel Discussion.

• 12 all-festival passes, and 8 VIP Festival passes that will allow you back stage with the entertainers.

• 30 second ad (provided by Panel Sponsor) prior to film screenings (scheduling to be determined).

• Product/brochure placements in all welcome packets for Filmmakers, Judges, Stars, Sponsors,

Media, Musicians (100)

• First right of refusal for sponsorship of next year’s festival.

THE MEDIA SPONSOR will receive the following:

 

• Exclusive sponsorship of Press Room and all media/press areas of festival.

• Company name and/or logo and acknowledgement as Media Sponsor on bottom of the Paso Digital Film Festival

page on website studioclub.com, the Film Festival Myspace, Facebook, and other Internet work of website, and

• Media Sponsor on the top page of the PRESS ROOM page on Website.

• Company name and/or logo and acknowledgement as Media Sponsor on website (link included, 88 x 31 pixels).,

placed on all pages with link to the Press Page.

• 6 All-festival passes and 6 VIP passes.

• Company name and/or logo and sponsor acknowledgement on county-wide festival poster (2K) and flyer (30K).

• Acknowledgment as Media Sponsor on all print advertising and press releases throughout pre-festival promotions.

. Your logo and name will be front and center on the photo backdrop for all Press and Festival Celeb photos.

• Company name and/or logo on event banners at all concert stages, film screenings, sessions, the opening gala

and the award ceremony, in most cases these are at the main entrances to the panel discussions and concerts.

• Special recognition and announcement as Media Sponsor by festival host once per day at main events.

• Full page ad in Festival Program Guide (2K).

• Name and/or logo on sponsor acknowledgement page in Festival Program Guide as Media Sponsor (2K)

. Large banner with your name and logo hung in the Festival Press Area.

• Product/brochure placements in all welcome packets for Filmmakers, Judges, Stars, Sponsors, Media, and

Musicians (100 Impressions).

• All media outlets will be informed and requested to mention your sponsorship in their coverage of the festival.

• First right of refusal for sponsorship of next year’s festival.

 

We will work with the sponsor and our online hosting and streaming aspects of the show, and this sponsor will

be given much publicity from the online hostess.  As she does many of the interviews from the Press Room.

DVD SPONSORSHIP

2 Sponsors at $10,000 each

DVD SPONSORS  will receive the following:

 

• Company Logo and website address on the DVD box.

• Company name and/or logo and acknowledgement as Screening Sponsor on bottom of the Paso Digital

     Film Festival page on website studioclub.com,  (link included, size to be determined).

• 15 second commercial at the beginning of the DVD FILM TO THE DIGITAL AGE, with special thanks

    and website on the end credits.

• Company name and/or logo and acknowledgement as Screening Sponsor on home page and Screening

    pages of Paso Digital Film Festival website (link included, 88 x 31 pixels or equivalent).

• Company logo on event banners at film screenings, sessions, the opening gala and the award ceremony.

• Your Company will be mentioned and thanked before and after all screenings.

• Half-page ad in Festival Program Guide (2K distribution).

• Company logo on sponsor acknowledgement page in Festival Program Guide as Screening Sponsor

    (2K distribution).

• Table at all main festival events for your company products, information and merchandising.

• Special recognition and announcement as Screening Sponsor by moderator before and after screenings.
