promotional and budget requirements.  Presently we are in talks with Media entities regarding the streaming

distribution of the multi-platforms of the 2010, Paso Digital Film Festival via the Internet and/or TV Cable,

all early festival Sponsors who jump in the Sponsorship Bandwagon will have first right of refusal on the

various Streaming and possible TV Sponsorships that will be announced at a later date.
