Notice the word Digital … This event will be on the cutting edge of the entertainment biz, and through our panel discussions we will bring you the future that is now, showcasing and discussing the newest in digital, multi-platform, mobile and the third screen, hi-def, downloading, streaming, social networks including MySpace and YouTube, VOD, home entertainment centers, blu-ray, and other concepts presented by some of the outstanding leaders in the fields...in fact that is where they can be found, out standing in a field.
Notice the word Film... We are presenting the great medium of film, and paying tribute to many great filmmakers who's work stand the test of time. Documentaries like THE LAST WALTZ and DON'T LOOK BACK are timeless, and as real now as when released years ago. One-third of the Festival will be a tribute to these great works.
Here on the News page you will find the Press Releases and links to the various new developments with the Festival. Soon we will set up the Press Desk, where the press will be able to find pictures, apply for credentials, etc.
Soon we will announce the full line-up of judges, new entertainers and screenings added to the Festival. the very important dedication of the show to area youth will be reported soon, and new development deals with online and television media.
